A family member has trouble controling the Music-app on the iPod due to paralysis. That lead to the creation of the iOS-app: Playola.
The buttons and the touch areas are too small in the Music-app on the iPhone and iPod. This is a simple app that plays predefined playlists and one big touch area for play and pause. Shake it to skip to the next track and a progress indicator that runs around the play/pause button.
