Responsive fullscreen map search for Hemnet
New responsive map search launched in 2014 for Hemnet.se. I've written about the process of building this.
Fully responsive
This was the first responsive step for Hemnet. Among a lot of things we needed to solve main navigation, search filters and having a non-scrollable area for navigating the map.
Map markers for property types
Displaying seven different property types on maps in several different zoom levels meant icons and colors for each property type. These map markers also needed to be easily distinguishable on different map settings (satellite, hybrid and regular map) and resolution independant.
